I am driving this morning and I pass by this Toyota Hilux parked upside down in the left lane.I park and inquire what happened, and the people there said that the driver was gunned down by a motorcycle riding assailant. The steering wheel was turned too much causing the wheel to swerve to the full thus turning the pick up truck upside down.
As of this time, the SOCO or the Scene of the Crime Operatives had not come so they waited for them as they are the ones in charge to identify the person inside which I think already dead.
This is in the main road of Pitogo Consolacion, so the responding police comes from Consolacion Police Force.
